What is obesity
Excess accumulation of fats is obesity.
Obesity increases weight, reduces physical movements, and also brings in slowness in emotional and mental activities. Laziness increases and reduces overall efficiency of the body.

Sometimes obesity can create obstruction to breathing process also. Obesity may become reason for various other diseases such as thyroid problem

Reduce excess calories, sweets, milk, butter, cheese etc in meals.
• The time difference of 2 meals should be atleast 5 hours.
• Low fat meal, with fiber rich vegetables and fruits should be taken.
LIFE STYLE
• Do not sleep for more than 6 to 7 hours
• Try to stop addictions such as smoking, drinking alcohol or any other drugs.
• Taking help from dietician, one should fix the daily diet schedule.
• If possible take massage and steam bath regularly.
Regular practice of Yoga along with food habits and healthy life style can certainly reduce the obesity and weight loss

Short but true story:
I have a friend that i know since we were kids, and she was struggling with diets and "fatness medicine" that didn't work. So after almost give up a friend told me about this Tiny Belly Challenge. I start searching for this

so i gave my friend this entire program as a gift so she may stop thriving with his weight problems She was looking depress and her birthday was coming so i tried give her something nice and useful. She reached 300 lbs. by consuming “a diet full of bread, pasta and chips,” told people.

After talking and laughing with her for a while I dared her to do this challenge and surprisingly , after three months she turned to intermittent fasting, which helped her shed the last 50 lbs. of the 125 lbs. he lost during the process.

This was very shocking. She look so different now. It's like other person!
