While vaccines tend to be a polarized debate I don’t like to stay away from topics just because they are sensitive. Currently, there is a petition which I will also link to below. This petition asks the white house to do four things.
1: Impose a five-year moratorium on all childhood vaccines from birth to age eighteen.
2: Repeal the 1986 National Childhood vaccine injury Act and return vaccines to the traditional civil justice system.
3: Perform large scale studies of vaccinated and un-vaccinated children.
4: Ban direct pharmaceutical advertising to consumers and allow such advertising only to medical professionals
The simple matter of the fact is that similar to things such as GMO, pesticides, climate change have become less about facts and more about a witch hunt. If you disagree with anything of these things people are quick to label you a “nut,” “anti science,” “anti vax Xer,” etc. People don’t stop to think that there is a reason for this point.
Even if you bring up some legitimate points people don’t want to hear it. The fact of the matter is that there are a lot of questionable practices when it comes to vaccines. People claim that the record number of almost 27 vaccines by age 2 is safer than it used to be. Due to fewer components in the vaccines. Yet $142 million dollars have been paid out in compensation this year alone for vaccine related injuries. Many studies in (and outside) have questioned the effects safety or outright said things such as Thiomersal and brain damage to fetus.
No matter where you fall much like climate change the evidence is split at best. At the end of the day, you will believe what you want to believe. But I do invite you to think outside of the box. The one question I ask everyone (since we can debate the science all days with anecdotes, studies, quotes, etc.) is “why do you trust big pharma?” think about it, do you know anyone who trusts giant drug companies? Sure, there might be the 1 out of 10,000 people who do. But I can’t think one person I know who truly trusts the medical system, big pharmaceutical companies or even doctors for the most part.
If you can’t trust them to give you good drugs, good information, keep your healthy, not only be after your money, then why is this the one thing that is safe and sacred. Why are vaccines the only thing they aren’t trying to pull the wool over your eyes? Why ignore studies of possible brain damage or whistle blowers reporting fraud and lying not only within big companies but within the CDC itself. Why try to block testimony from such people. Why isn’t stuff like this being reported more by more major media outlets?
The answer is simple, it doesn’t fit the narrative set forth that at the very least we might need to rethink some of how we do vaccines. This industry is worth billions of dollars after all. People argue it is a small portion of the multi billion drug industry. Somehow that makes it so big companies aren’t worried about profits here… right?
In a country about freedom is it right to try and force mandatory vaccines or say we need to criminally charge people for not being comfortable doing this to themselves and their kids.
I ask for your support. Think about things, come to your own conclusions. And if you agree that we need to take a harder look at this topic then please sign and share this. I’m not even worried around upvotes. I just ask that you share this link and resteem if possible to reach as many people as we can. Just because people question science with science doesn’t mean they should be persecuted for being wary of vaccines. We need to take a hard look at how we treat ourselves and our children especially.

Petition signed! Upvoted and resteemed! Since becoming a mom I decided to research vaccines before administering them, I'm so glad I did, I was horrified with the ingredients and the amount of vaccine injuries reported.
