Health + Fitness Log #2 - 11/7/2018

It's day 2 of my journey and I decided to break my fast with a light meal. I felt very energetic today for the most part and I have spent the evening connecting with my conscious self and observing my emotional status when I am in caloric deficit and exercising compared to when I am in caloric overload and being lazy. Thanks for joining me, let's get to these GAINS!!!

Food:

I broke my fast with this salad which I estimate was about 300-400 calories. So far I have had one glass of wine and I plan on having 2-3 more so we'll round up to about 400 calories for that as well. I'm going to add 200 extra calories for a couple oranges in case I get hungry before I go to sleep. That brings the grand total to 1,000 calories!

Exercise:
3 sets of
-Decline pushups (15 per set)
-Plank (45 sec per set)
-Squats (10 per set)
-Pullups (3-4 per set)
I also did a warm-up set of each exercise at about 40-60% of intended set intensity.

Vitamins:
I forgot to take my vitamins yesterday but I figured this would be an important part of my tracking.
-Zinc (100mg)
-Boron (3mg)
-5HTP (200mg)
-Magnesium (500mg)
-Lecithin (1,360 mg)

Emotional states/notes:
Today was a great day for my progress and I feel refreshed with a sense that I truly can conquer my addictions and become conscious of my physical being. I have an optimistic outlook on the future of this journey and I look forward to helping others reach their goals! Thanks so much for reading guys and stay tuned for volume 3!
