Day 36 Intermittent Fasting (18hrs) Update

It was raining today so I didn't go for my walk/jog. I should have did it in the morning and afternoon but was productive with work. But, I did lift weights today :) Chest, Shoulders, Traps, Triceps followed by shadowboxing. Great workout! Tomorrow will hit day 37! I will most likely go pass 20hrs.

I have been waiting for it to rain all summer lol. It finally has come! WOOOOOOO! My body is getting really smaller and toned. Though my face is still chubby lol. I will keep pushing. Can't stop, Won't stop!!
