High blood sugar is the cause of many diseases.
It can be dangerous infections in the feet.
There are also chances of kidney failure.

Never take high blood sugars lightly, because if it is not treated, it can prove fatal in the future. By the way, body cells get strength from glucose or sugar, and the energy level increases naturally. However, if any function of the body is difficult and the cells can not ignore glucose, then the problem of high blood sugar starts. Due to this, our nerves, blood vessels and organs can be damaged. When the sugar starts getting more sugar in the bucket, the chances of getting diabetes are very much increased. People who have type 1 diabetes can not make body insulin.

Insulin is a hormone that transfer sugar from blood to cells. The patient's body is not able to use insulin in type 2 diabetes. It either leads to insulin or too little in the body. In such cases, both diabetics of non proportionate treatment are harmful. Therefore, blood sugar levels should be checked from time to time because if the glucose level in the body is normal, then the risk of diabetes will also be very low.

High blood sugar affects your body in these 7 ways.

1). You drink lots of water :

One symptom of high blood sugar is that you drink too much water and go to the bathroom frequently, because your blood has more sugar and the body wants to get rid of it. Therefore, through the urine the body removes the extra sugar from the body. When water comes out from your body, you feel thirsty too much. Not only this, some people also feel very hungry. In many cases, people lose weight, because the cells do not get proportional sugar or energy.

2). Fatigue :

Patients with high blood sugar feel all the time fatigue because their body cells can not get energy in the sugar form. Not only this, when the sugar increases in the blood, the blood starts to thicken. Because of this, the heart has to work extra to pump it. Nutrients spread very slowly throughout the body.

3). Blood becomes sticky :

Due to high blood sugar, there is more sugar in the bloodstream. This blood not only thickens, it also becomes sticky. This thick blood could not penetrate into our small blood vessels. There are many small blood vessels in our body in the eyes, ears, nerves, kidneys and heart, which are affected due to lack of proper blood circulation.

4). Eyelashes affect :

High blood sugar levels also affect eye health. Our eye eyesight may start to appear due to lack of adequate blood in small blood vessels. When the sugar level becomes normal, then the vision becomes normal too. However, due to lack of treatment at the right time, the eyesight can also go on forever.

5). Too much pain :

Patients with high blood sugar have tingling in the feet and hands, and many times they also hear fingers. This happens when the problem of high blood sugar has been running for a long time. According to the American Academy of Neurology, first of all these organs of the body are affected. Blood sugar control is very important to avoid the next occurrence of this.

6). Affects the kidneys :

Actually, there are small blood vessels in the kidneys, which help in filtering the waste from the product. When blood sugar is high, the filter system has to work hard to remove extra sugar from the blood. In such a case, kidneys can not function properly after some years. The increase in protein levels in urine is also a sign of this. Therefore, to control the kidney function, blood sugar control is important.

7). Avoid Foot Infections :

Due to high blood sugar due to any injury to the body, it can not be cured quickly. The legs are very impressed in this. They may have ulcers, infections in the nails. Many times the infection spreads so that the leg or the thorn bite is also done. So keep your sugar level in control.

interesting post

Thank you! About 6 months ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It hurt to hear but was a relief to know why my feet were tingling, vision was acting funny, low energy, and pain in my leg muscles. The doc put me on metformin and I drastically lowered my sugar and carb intake. I still suffer from all those symptoms but look forward to improvement. I see your article as extremely important because I want people to know just how dangerous sugar is! Again, thank you.

I hope you'll get well soon.
