Fluoride impossible to avoid? It’s unlikely restaurants are using fluoride free water. Manufacturers rely on municipal water systems to produce soda, juice, and smoothies. And, this doesn’t even include the fluoride in food and dental products. When you add all these sources up, it’s easy to see the average person is under high risk for fluoride poisoning.
