LCHF Granola for breakfast

GRANOLA LCHF

What is a granola? It's a crisp and crispy muesli!
You can vary the in any way you want! Sometimes I take cinnamon and cardamom instead of cocoa.

15-20 servings (about 1-2 tablespoons per serving)
About the value: 2 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of protein and 10 grams of fat per serving of honey

2 dl chopped almond
2 dl chopped hazelnuts
1 dl solo cores
1 dl pumpkin kernels
1 dl coconut flakes
1/2 dl whole flaxseed
1/2 dl Chia seeds
1/2 dl sesame seeds
1 tablespoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of organic vanilla powder
1/2 dl coconut fat (let it melt to liquid consistency)
1 tablespoon of organic cold-honey (excluded)

Mix everything and putviton the sheet metal. Roast all at 150 degrees for about 20-30 minutes (depending on the oven, make sure it does not get burned!) Stirr a few times in the meantime. Store in a tight jar!
