Today lunch- cauliflowerbottom pizza

I Will have pizza is for lunch and following the health line I have taken. This pizza is baked on cauliflower bottom. Perfect for everyone that wants to eat less carbohydrates, is gluten intolerant or just want to make a really jummy pizza with full flavor. As topping, you put on exactly what you want, I prefer to top my pizzas with ordinarie italian things like tomatsås, ruccola, dried ham and offcourse mozzarella.

Here is the recipe for the pizza table for the curious ones:

Pizza Bottom


This recepie is for about two small pizza or on medium
200 g cauliflower
1/2 dl grated parmesan cheese
1/2 dl grated mozzarella
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon chiliflakes
2 tablespoons almond flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Topping
1 dl tomato sauce
4 drained artichoke heart
1 mozzarella (à 125 g)
4 slices of air dried ham

Do like this

Put the oven at 250 ° C.

Bottom:

Mix raw cauliflower into a fine rice in a food processor. Put a bowl and microwaves for 4 minutes at full power. Let cool. Squeeze out the liquid.

Mix the cauliflower rice with parmesan, mozzarella, oregano, chiliflakes, almond flour, salt and eggs to a dough.

Wide / flatten the dough into 2 round pizzas (for 2 ports) on a baking sheet. Bake in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes until the bottoms are golden and crispy. Take out and let cool.

Topping:

Add any pizza topping, for example. tomato sauce, artichoke, mozzarella, and air-dried ham.
Bake another 5 minutes.

For serving: Put some ruccola at the top
