The Proven Dangers of Microwaves. There have been a rise of a nutritional deficiencies in the western world which correlates almost perfectly with the introduction of the microwave oven. This is seen by science as no coincidence. A microwave oven heats the food through a process which creates molecular friction, but this molecular friction destroys the delicate molecules of vitamins and phytonutrients (plant medicines) which is naturally found in foods. A study showed that microwaving vegetables is destroying up to 97% of the nutritional content (vitamins and other plant-based nutrients that prevent disease, boost immune function and enhance health).

To make it clear, eating raw broccoli provides one with natural anti-cancer medicine which is extremely effective at halting a cancer tumor growth. By microwaving that broccoli the anti-cancer nutrients is destroyed , rendering the food "dead" and nutritionally depleted. There‘s even some evidence to suggest that microwave ovens destroy the natural harmony in water molecules, creating an energetic pattern of chaos in the water found in all foods. This was proved by the Japanese scientist (Masaru Emoto).

A volunteer study showed the participants' changes in blood, which were not healthy changes but were changes that could cause deterioration in the human systems. In fact, there was a subtle changes in a human's blood from eating microwaved food. Lymphocytes (white blood cells) showed a more distinct short-term decrease following the intake of microwaved food than after the intake of all the other raw variants. Each of these indicators point in a direction away from robust health and toward degeneration. The common term of "nuking" your food is therefor coincidentally appropriate. Using a microwave is a bit like dropping a nuclear bomb on your food, then eating the fallout. You don‘t actually get radiation from eating microwaved foods, however. But you don‘t get much nutrition, either.

Don't use it for heating milk for you baby!
Don't use it for the elderly people, because elderly people many time have deficiency of vitamin B12, which in the long run leeds to depression. And when microwave oven kills the vitamin, there will be nomore B12.
Don't even use it for heating a cop of tea, because it can be measured in your blood 30 min after!
Please don't use it at all, throw it away NOW!
