Water is important in our lives, we need it in order to survive, but how exactly do we need it?

60 percent of our body consist of water, it aids in the multi bodily functions such as, heat regulation, hydration, digestion and many others.

*Water Prevents You From Becoming Dehydrated

that is why it is very essential that we do not neglect to drink water at least 8 glasses a day, to help us from the mentioned above, let us keep our body healthy make it a habit to drink as much water everyday ... this will not cost you too much than be sick and spend more on hospital bills and expensive medicines, thanks for reading.
