What the are materials which we need for our preparation?
1.BORIC ACID (0.60 g): What is boric acid? It’s a white powder derived from boron and water that has antibiotic properties against both fungal and bacterial infections. The Journal of Women’s Health has found that BA is a safe, alternative, economic option for women with recurrent and chronic symptoms of vaginal yeast infections when conventional treatment fails.

2.TANNIN(3.00 g): Tannin is a naturally occurring polyphenol found in plants, seeds, bark, wood, leaves, and fruit skins. About 50% of the dry weight of plant leaves are tannins. As a characteristic of wine, tannin adds both bitterness and astringency, as well as complexity. Wine tannins are most commonly found in red wine, although white wines have tannin from being aged in wooden barrels.

3.ethanol 96%(10.00 g):
Ethanol, C2H5OH, (also called Ethyl Alcohol) is the second member of the aliphatic alcohol series. It is a clear colourless liquid with a pleasant smell. Except for alcoholic beverages, nearly all the ethanol used industrially is a mixture of 95% ethanol and 5% water, which is known simply as 95% alcohol.

4.distilled water(10.00 g):
Distillation is the process in which water is boiled, evaporated and the vapour condensed. Distilled water is free of dissolved minerals and, because of this, has the special property of being able to actively absorb toxic substances from the body and eliminate them. Studies validate the benefits of drinking distilled water when one is seeking to cleanse or detoxify the system for short periods of time (a few weeks at a time).

5.Glycerol(10.00 g):
Glycerol, a clear, colourless, viscous, sweet-tasting liquid belonging to the alcohol family of organic compounds; molecular formula HOCH2CHOHCH2OH. Until 1948 all glycerol was obtained as a by-product in making soaps from animal and vegetable fats and oils, but industrial syntheses based on propylene or sugar has accounted for an increasingly large percentage of production since that time.
In products such as moisturizer creams, glycerol helps to bring moisture to the surface of the skin, to help skin smooth. It is also added to hair conditioner, shaving creams and eye drops for the same purpose.
