90 Days of HalfMarathon Training: Day 4

ACCOMPLISHED DAY 4 of training

Holy Fork French Toast this route was up hill for 5 miles!!!!!! One mile was down hill but It was the second mile so it basically didn't happen.

Aside from the 5 mile hill the weather was fantastic.

I know I'm not back at my fastest pace and I know today is only day 4 of training but I'm still feeling pretty positive and excited to try and accomplish a PR (personal record) for my Half Marathon.

** Don't forget to Always Always stretch and cool down after working out**.
