Hello friends!
Today is the last day of my laziness, haha! Tomorrow I'm starting with my workouts.

I got my workout plan from @onesmartmove who is a certified personal trainer. Since my shape is at a very bad level, he gave me 8 exercises to start with. I am suppose to do them one after the other and when I'm done with first set, take a 90 seconds rest and move on to second set, rest again and do my final, third set. Before I start, I'll do a 5 minutes warm up and of course, stretches when I'm done.

The plan is to do these exercises every two days. As I progress, we're going to upgrade each exercise to a harder level or increase the number of repetitions/seconds. Eventually, when the time comes, I'm going to get a new workout plan with different exercises. I am also planning to write down how much time it takes me to complete each set so I can keep myself accountable and see the progress.
My goal here is to give my body more shape and strength, build lean muscles, gain more balance and flexibility.
Tomorrow is going to be my day one! Wish me luck, I'm definitely going to need it! :)
What is your favorite way to stay in shape?
