That’s cool about the blood pressure I didn’t know that.

Some times I eat 4..5 a day starting in December and until February.. In the Summer I barely touch them!

Love oranges, Vitamin C is really good for keeping a strong immune system. Didn't know oranges had so many other good characteristics :)
