The benefits of carrot are many, are excellent for the denture, because it strengthens the teeth and gums, for the fluoride that contains protects the tooth enamel. They help to fight constipation and stomach pain, beta-carotene helps us to fight premature aging.

When we have visual problems is excellent to protect our retina and thus prevents the appearance of cataracts. The daily intake of carrots is especially recommended in cases of loss of visual acuity. Very good also to strengthen and revitalize the nails and hair.
