Health and Fitness Tips for a Workaholic

As a very busy person myself, I know that finding the time to stay healthy and in shape can be difficult for anyone. But then when you’re an entrepreneur who’s work seems to follow you around everywhere, it’s a task that seems nearly impossible.

It is very important that we keep our body fit as your body needs care and attention in order to properly function. Living a healthy lifestyle will benefit both you and your business in the long run as healthy people tend to be happier and more productive in as much as we try to keep our bank accounts wealthy

I just thought giving out a few tips which I myself have adapted to will contribute something atleast to this great to be community. Below I will list just a few tips for all you my fellow steemains who are too busy for themselves as I was once.

Healthy routine leads to a fit body:

The most important of all to me is the use of time, you need to pay special attention to time management. Getting up in the morning, a good idea would be to jot down the tasks that you need to complete for the entire day and write out the time that you would take to complete those tasks, approximately estimating the time that you may spend to complete each individual task. While preparing this, it would also be a good idea to keep some buffer time for tasks which may come up suddenly.

Healthy Dieting

Wherever you are, try to avoid food especially the fried ones since these can lead to serious health problems in your body. Snacking should be avoided at cost. Even if you feel hungry in between meals, then fruits are the best option.
Unless you are fruit hater like my girlfriend who hate all kinds of fruit then a little bit of snack now and then wouldn't be a problem.

More Sleep

Find a way to get more of it! Sleep also enhances your overall health exponentially. Schedule in sleep hours like you would schedule important meetings and prioritize it. Do not compromise sleep. Even a workaholic should have 4 hours of sleep daily please. If you have been following this post you will see I mentioned the importance of time scheduling earlier this should help on this one if earlier is achieved successfully.

Finally also make sure that even when travelling never forget to pick a hotel with good gym. And please you all readers money is important but health is as much.

I think a healthy diet is very important. Personally I believe in planning all the meals we have. If we meal prep and take healthy food choises it will help us to stay healthy.
