Cardio for the Body and Mind

What’s up Steem Family,

Happy Monday! I’m back at work and ready to kick ass and take names, thanks to a sweaty, heart racing session on my elliptical this morning. It’s not my preferred form of cardio but I take what I can get.

Nice! I've wondered how good those Max Trainers are, as I love a good, low-impact but high-results workout. Sounds like you kicked some butt with it! :)

Yes! Love it! It took a while for me to really like it as I was used to the traditional elliptical machines. I feel the burn all day without that high-impact motion, which is really good for that bum knee I have
