EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! So I should be happy!
Where do all these ailments come from?
I just went to the doctor to investigate where my ailments come from. I was prepared for bad things.
But a phone call with the doctor's assistant showed that everything is okay.
But where do the following things come from?
- (Persistent) fatigue.
- Excessive need for sleep.
- Gloominess, feeling depressed.
- Concentration problems.
- Sleep a lot and still not wake up rested.
- Passivity, apathy.
- Irritable, agitation.
- Increased appetite (with carbohydrate food like pasta and chocolate)
- Weight gain, that is the main misery for me.
- Reduced need for sex and intimacy.
- Less need for social contacts.
I have just made a new appointment with the GP for certainty.
Would I still have a winter depression? The so-called winter blues.
The symptoms I experience are extremely annoying and have an impact on my psychological and physical well-being.
I am particularly annoyed by fatigue and a reduced energy level.
I hope that the symptoms disappear in the spring.

It sounds like you are a little depressed. It may be the winter blues, but be careful with those signs. If you were the baron of Munchhausen, I would advise you to pull yourself out of the swamp on your own hair. But, you are not the baron and you don't have hair enough, so that is not the solution. A lot of sunshine helps, but please take care! Maybe you have too much on your plate (and I don't mean food).
It's age and winter. I am resigned to the lot of it sigh
