1.Skeletal muscles

3.Smooth muscles
Smooth muscles are the ones that help the internal organs like the stomach.the food.
Heart is made of special type of muscles called cardiac muscles.
The skeletal muscles performs the functions of moving our hands,legs etc.
The shape of the muscles
muscles come in various shapes.apart from the spindle shaped muscles that surround the arms and legs there are smooth wide and flat muscles in the stomach and disc shaped sphincter muscles in the entrance of the stomach and intestines.however,the muscle that moves the fastest in the whole body is the small muscle over the eyelids that help in opening and closing the eye.
SOME IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT MUSCLE
it is said that about 40% of the body weight of men comes from muscle weight and only 35% of the body weight of women is muscles,so the women's body is smooth and curvy.the body structure of a man is more rugged .this is because the shoulder and neck muscles are more influenced by male hormones.
Inorder to maintain a good muscle mass diet is the key,some protein rich foods are as follows
