 It is well known that so many people want to lose some of their weight to be more acceptable. here we have dome tips in which kris advices us with these evidence-Based advice. No doubt the all of us want to be more fitting in order to be more acceptable in different areas of life. and the majority worship your apoearence rather than your inner beauty. so, give it a shoot. 


1. Take a Glucomannan Supplement

A fiber called glucomannan has been shown to cause weight loss in several studies.

This is a type of fiber that absorbs water and "sits" in your gut for a while, making you feel more full and helping you eat fewer calories .

Studies have shown that people who supplement with glucomannan lose a bit more weight than those who don't .

Good advice. I have found fasting one meal a day works well too! For example, fast one meal, eat one no carb meal and then enjoy one "normal" meal with reasonable amounts of protein, vegetables and carbs.
