21 day fasting

Dear Friends, we are on a 1 month break from work/travel :-) and are doing another 21 day fast. We already completed the 15 day and feel great... drinking only coconut water and detox herbs that cleans and rejuvenate the body from inside out. This is our way of giving a "Holiday to the body". Fasting does have great benefits to health and we always use this practice once a year to clean, rejuvenate and rebuild our health. Fasting.jpg
