The secret to being youthful and filled with positive energy is here ! Okay it's not so 'secret' if everyone knows. This technique isn't all that new, in fact it just got popularize recently. So you wonder what icing the back of the neck does for the body? It usually leaves you in a euphoric state as the method actually releases endorphins. Icing it regularly stimulates the body rejuvenation.

Traditionally, this is a Chinese Accupressure Therapy for stress and pain relief by focusing on restoring the physiological balance. At the lower base of the skull just right above the neck is a pressure point that the Chinese called 'Feng Fu', which means wind mansion.

Here's what you can do. Grab a bag of ice or an ice cube and place it at the Feng Fu for 20 minutes. Perform the treatment for a couple of days. During the first 30-40 seconds of icing, you will feel heat sensation rising up to the pressure point. If it's difficult to hold the ice for 20 minutes, you can do it while lying down or wrap it around the neck with plastic wraps or bandage.
