Good luck, and remember, you are designed to walk, its a great way to be active.

A good way to lvl up your walk ( and something I do), is to walk to the supermarket and buy your groceries, then walk home laden. I don't buy a full weekly load, but enough to fill two bags ( for balance), the walk home adds a bit of resistance training :-)
