Natural Remedies #4- How To Cure Acne?

in #health7 years ago

Acne mostly affects the skin of teenagers but it also affects some adults. Acne is the condition in which the sebum builds up in the pores of the skin. Sebum is kind of an oily substance which is produced by the sebaceous glands under the skin. There is a myth that people get acne because of improper hygiene. Gentle washing of the face is essential, but sometimes the people who clean too much, can irritate their blackheads and whiteheads and cause them to be more infected and cause more pimples.

Acne is not bad for your overall health, although they can occasionally become infected or grow into cysts. The major influence of acne is on the quality of life. People with acne can experience embarrassment, anxiety, and sometimes a loss of confidence too. Instead of spending so much on an expensive acne treatment, you can learn about some natural remedies which will help you to get clear skin.

Chamomile is an excellent remedy for acne. It soothes the inflammation caused by acne. For making a chamomile ointment, take a blender or coffee grinder and add the contents of a chamomile tea bag with sufficient water and grind it well to make a paste, and apply it to acne.

You can make a chamomile tea too instead of paste. For this, take two chamomile tea bags and add it to 1 cup of water and boiled it for 15 minutes. Allow this tea to cool, then take a cotton ball and soak it in tea solution then dab this cotton ball on your face after cleansing.

In this condition, sebum is built up in the pores of the skin. Sebum is kind of an oily substance which produced by the sebaceous glands present in the skin. When this becomes trapped, it will appear in the form of pimples on the skin. These pimples can be recognized by the small red and pus-filled spots.

The significant impression of acne is on your quality of life. People who are suffering from acne sometimes they can feel embarrassment and a loss of confidence. So apply some aloe vera gel on your skin or at the sites of a pimple after cleansing or before going to bed. You can easily get aloe gel in the market or if you want to remain 100% natural, you might even consider growing aloe in your house and using that directly.

Sort:

Don't forget your skin has normal flora that can fight off bacteria such a propionibacterium, that's one of the leading causers of acne. Once you find a routine that has been working for weeks, best not to introduce new things onto your skin that can mess up the normal flora protecting you.

Many of the things here are acidic which prevent the growth of a lot of acne causing bacteria.

Yes, I agree. We should stick to what works out best for us.
