Forward Lunge

Take one foot forward. Lower your hips until both feet in front and behind make a 90 degree angle. Make sure your knee is perpendicular to your ankle, not too forward or backward. Do alternate right foot and left foot. Do 5 repetitions for each leg, and hold each pose for 5 seconds.
