Chronic Dehydration

Study shows that Chronic Dehydration is the “real cause of being sick”.
Your body is composed of 70% water and your body experiences a daily
water loss is about 2.5L on the average. This would depend on how hot
our climate is and if you are very active especially in work activities and
in sports.

People in general do not know that they are dehydrated. The only signs
that are available to them are: when they get thirsty (but at age of 40 years
old our body gets confused between thirsty and being hungry) or urine
turns yellow or dark yellow, which means that they are already dehydrated.
