This is the full recording of our weekly Helpienaut meeting. On this particular occasion we talked about @steempress and how it's a great tool more people should be using. We also talked about other ways to be earning some crypto in this bear market (maybe this is not the case anymore, who knows).

Maintaining our focus is very important, setting ourselves goals and stride for them ever single day. Where do you you want to be in a month? in two? Next year?
