This sounds marvelous! My husband has such a hard time getting to sleep, and then his sleep is restless all night. I’m going to have to get ahold of some bramhi and damiana. My must have list is growing so quickly!
Hopefully I’ll get it all together and begin sinking, melting and settling soon!
