Interior Works and sometimes exterior design for commercial and residential... In our time, yes it is high-tech but I'm out-dated already. Hehe... It's hard to catch up now to the younger than me.

Nyahahaha... They said I'm just 25 years old but the truth my age is 34. My birth date is May 12, 1984. (^_^)
To be look young we need to eat proper food and exercise and avoid smoking and alcoholic drinks.
and that's what you do? what kind of exercise?
In evening after office at 7:30 PM I do muscles stretching then jogging . Then every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday I played Volleyball. (^_^)
oh that sounds good, that should keep you in pretty good shape!
