Today I want to talk about workplace harassment, This usually happens to newspapers and for fear many people do not dare to report.
In this order, those who receive the most work harassment are the emigrants who leave their country to have a better quality of life, in all the countries it usually happens that their immediate boss treats his employees as garbage over the years. , but the workers forget their rights there are laws that must be fulfilled, even if we need a job, we can not allow our bosses to treat us like garbage.
I will give my example in the course of my working life I have gone through many companies and I have been able to observe and be a victim of workplace harassment.
Causes:
Try not to obey our bosses when he asks us for something that is not in our work scheme.
Ask us to do something that we should not
That we do not do something immediately
We arrive late but we can leave late
Ask permission, but if we can do favors
That we do not stay longer
Among those many things more in general that we do not do what they want
I currently live in Colombia in the capital Bogota, I am Venezuelan and do not know the humiliation that I had to endure and the work harassment first worked as a waiter, I was paid the 5 part of what I really deserved not only was a waiter but also a lava slab and cook for not winning the same I preferred to go out and started in a bakery they paid me something but not much but I worked 12 hours doing everything from cleaning up to cooking washing floor for me those days were not easy since I was recently graduated from public accountant but the desire to get ahead and think about helping my mom helped me to move forward now I have my legal documentation and independent work with a local food thank God, but I have seen how they treat people who do not have documents that is sad to see people of our country (Venezuela) go through so much humiliation and labor harassment that you think of the different countries which would be the best to start a new life and not have to go through so much and above all that they value our work How nice it is to be able to share with you a little story and a subject that many of us see Everyday greeting the whole steemit community ...
Hoy quiero hablar sobre el acoso laboral, Esto suele suceder a diarios y por miedo muchas persona no se atreven a denunciar.
En este orden los que más reciben acosos laboral son los emigrante que salen de sus país para tener mejor calidad de vida, en todos los países suele pasar que su jefe inmediato tratan como basura a sus empleado con el transcurso de los años este se vuelve rutina , pero a los trabajadores se les olvida sus derecho hay leyes que se deben cumplir por más que necesitemos un trabajo no podemos permitir que nuestros jefes nos traten como basura.
Daré mi ejemplo en el transcurso de mi vida laboral he pasado por muchas empresa y he podido observar y ser víctima de acoso laboral .
Causas:
Tratar de no obedecer a nuestros jefes cuando nos pide algo que no esté en nuestro esquema laboral.
Que nos pidan hacer algo que no debemos
Que no le hagamos algo inmediatamente
Que lleguemos tarde pero nosotros si podemos salir tarde
Pedir permiso, pero si podemos hacer favores
Que no nos quedemos más tiempo
Entre esos muchas cosas más en general que no hagamos lo que a ellos le dé la gana
Actualmente vivo en Colombia en la capital Bogotá, soy venezolano y no saben la humillación que tuve que aguantar y el acoso laboral primeramente trabaje de mesero , me pagaban la 5 parte de lo que en realidad merecía no solo era mesero también era lava losa y cocinero por no seguir ganando lo mismo preferí salir y comencé en una panadería me pagaban algo mas no mucho pero trabajaba 12 horas hacía de todo desde limpiar hasta cocinar lavar piso para mi esos día no fueron fáciles ya que estaba recién graduado de contador público pero las ganas de salir adelante y pensar en ayudar a mi mama me ayudaron a seguir adelante actualmente tengo mi documentación legal y trabajo independiente con un local de comida gracias a dios , pero eh visto como tratan a las persona que no tienen documentos que triste es ver a personas de nuestro país (Venezuela) pasar por tanta humillación y acoso laboral que opinan ustedes de los diferente países cual sería el mejor para comenzar una nueva vida y no tener que pasar por tanto y sobre todo que valoren nuestro trabajo Que lindo es poder compartir con ustedes una pequeña historia y un tema que muchos vemos a Diario saludo a toda la comunidad steemit …
