Both people are victims of murder with the purpose of robbery, according to the source of information obtained from the surrounding community.

The incident took place in 1935. Initially in this area since the Dutch colonial era, around 1925, a pathway was built which connected Geumpang District, Pidie District, which was about 32 kilometers, with Sungai Mas District, West Aceh District.

Since a long time ago, this road has been used by pedestrians, both by Dutch soldiers while on patrol and by Acehnese fighters who are seeking information between Pidie and Meulaboh.

The path at the foot of Mount Geurutee also functions as the most prominent economic means with various trading activities of buffalo cattle transported from the interior of Meulaboh.

Usually, the cattle are sold in Pidie. That's when there was a renewal between the people of the South Coast and the East Coast of Aceh. Many people establish family ties between the two regions by giving birth to offspring.

This is a short story of a man named Tengku Murhaban, from Meulaboh (an unknown village) making a long journey while climbing the ascent at the foot of the mountain.

Around 1932, he married a virgin named Maisarah, from Geumpang Keumala, Pidie. From the results of the marriage, they were blessed with a baby boy who, according to a very handsome story.

After asking the goodbye from his father-in-law, by selling all of the abundant property, he was ready to become a wealthy businessman who lived in that era.

All of his wealth including a myriad of gold coins, and a number of high-value possessions were brought back to his homeland, in Meulaboh.

With respect, Murhaban begged to spend the night in the house of the most respected person in the community.

The next day, the three of them said goodbye to continue the original journey, carrying "bu kulah" (wrapped rice using banana leaves).

However, somehow the continuation, a friend who faithfully accompanied him about two days later, suddenly rushed back to Gampông Bangkeh, and met Geuchik Daud for the second time. They had a chance to talk with local residents.

The friend said he could not continue his journey to accompany Murhaban, because he had a high fever.

He said he was worried that his illness would get worse until it was decided that the day would also leave the Bangkeh Village. Furthermore, he mentioned that he needed to go to Pidie.

The next day, the Geumpang area passed by Murhaban and his son was visited by a group of Dutch soldiers.

Arriving at Bangkeh Village, they asked the local Geuchik, whether in the last few days there were people passing by on the road.

The reason, the Dutch soldier found two bodies lying rigid, lying in the Neungoh area of Ukheue Kayee (Wood Root Climbing), who were victims of persecution. The bodies of the two corpses were torn to shreds in terrible conditions.

M. Daud, at the behest of Ulee Balang, immediately ordered the Bangkeh community to check the truth of the news.

After being explored and traced with shortness, the two corpses turned out to be Tgk. Murhaban and his 4 year old son. "His neck was slit, his body was torn apart by a sharp weapon.

Both of them were interred in one hole, remembering their rotten and tragic fate. This is clearly the result of the persecution, "said the resident at the time to M. Daud.

This information was reported to Ulee Balang (Customary Leader) for further investigation. The results of the information extracted and collected from several residents who saw the last time the deceased concluded that the murderer was Murhaban's own friend.

Under the orders of Ulee Balang, the friend who accompanied the wealthy businessman was finally arrested.

As a result of the interrogation of the local village officials, the person admitted that he had killed Murhaban and his son to obtain the property carried by the merchant. The suspect was sentenced based on customary law at the time.

On that basis, the local community believes the grave is a "sacred tomb", because the victim of the murder was an innocent boy.
