When you look at the photo of London in the second half of the XIX century, and compare them with the shots from Igor Maslennikov's masterpiece of the Soviet film "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson" of the 1980s, you realize that by giving out streets of Riga, Leningrad and Peterhof for London, flattered the first.
