Aquí estoy de nuevo con ustedes para compartir una receta improvisada, se que se estarán preguntando cómo será esta receta ¿verdad? Pues es una deliciosa mini pizza🍕 que a decir verdad prepararé por primera vez y me atreveré a hacerla y de hecho será con atún jajaja. Amigos, no será fácil hacer esta receta pero soy muy optimista de que va a quedar buenísima.
El atún es uno de los alimentos favoritos en mi casa y para mi. Cabe destacar que el pescado es muy versátil y nutritivo así que hoy lo preparé para disfrutarlo a la hora de la merienda. Sin más preámbulos les estaré presentando los pasos a seguir para esta deliciosa receta.

1 Paso/Step
Retiraré el líquido de agua natural de la lata de atún. Después lo colaré hasta que quede bien escurrido.

Lavamos y picamos en trozos pequeños todas las verduras que serían la cebolla blanca, el tomate🍅, el perejil y la zanahoria rallada.Dejando todo listo para nuestra mezcla que será la protagonista de mi mini pizza🍕.

3 Paso/Step
Continuamos vertemos un huevo en un bol y el atún. Luego vaciamos cada una de las verduras y los condimentos como onoto, orégano molido y una cucharadita de sal. Revolvemos para integrarlos todos.
We continue pouring an egg in a bowl and the tuna. Then we empty each of the vegetables and seasonings such as onoto, ground oregano and a teaspoon of salt. Stir to integrate them all.
4 Paso/Step
Ahora agrego un poco de aceite de oliva en la sartén y luego vierto la mezcla y la tapo para que tenga una excelente cocción. Después de 3 minutos le damos la vuelta por el otro lado hasta que esté listo.

5 Paso/Step
Para terminar la pasaré al molde nuestra mini pizza. Después le añadiré rodajas de tomate y queso mozzarella en trocitos y la meteré en el horno unos minutos esperando a que se gratine y así poder disfrutar de esta deliciosa mini pizza a la hora de la merienda.
