Friends, although the video is normal, it is very important to me because I cooked it with my own hands and found it very delicious to eat and very nutritious. So friends, today's recipe is a recipe for making khichuri. To make khichuri, I first roasted some moong dal in the oven using a pan and after frying it, I kept it in another container to cool down. Then I soaked the moong dal in water and washed it well. Then I put some oil in a pan and put it on the stove. After putting it in this way, when the oil gets hot, I put five to six chopped onions and five to six chopped green chillies in it.

After stirring for a while, we add salt, pepper, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, and some spices, including cardamom, cinnamon, and several other ingredients. After we let it sit for ten minutes, we add a little water to it and mash it well. Then we add the polar rice and the moong dal to that mixture and let it simmer for a while.

After it has been simmering for a while, we will add some water to it because we have to cook the rice and mung beans. After keeping it like this for a while, we will open the lid from time to time and check how the khichdi is done. It took us about half an hour to see how it is done. Then we saw that the khichdi was giving off a nice aroma. Then we opened the lid and checked it. We took a piece of rice from the pan with our hands and checked whether it was cooked or not.

After it is cooked, we are sure to take it off the stove and serve it hot. We served it with the meat that we had cooked earlier. And first of all, I started eating some khichdi on my plate, a few swollen tomatoes, a green chili and a.
