Hello hello beautiful community, nice Thursday everyone 😘 today my publication is a little late due to different reasons, but here I am sharing a delight that I have prepared for lunch today, I don't usually make these recipes but when there are no options in the kitchen I turn to them and like the others it is very very delicious so I hope you can enjoy it as much as I do.
Hola hola bonita comunidad, bonito jueves a todos 😘 hoy mi publicación llega algo tarde debido a diferentes motivos más aquí estoy compartiendo una delicia que he elaborado para el almuerzo de hoy, no suelo hacer estas recetas pero cuando no hay opciones en la cocina recurro a ellas y al igual que las demás resulta muy muy Delicioso así que espero que puedan disfrutarlo tanto como yo.
The ingredients used in this recipe have been the following:
●Eggs.
●Sachichas.
●Bacon.
●Tomato.
●Onion.
●Cilantro,Chives.
●Salt,Oil, Pepper.
Los ingredientes utilizados en esta receta han sido los siguientes:
●Huevos.
●Sachichas.
●Tocineta.
●Tomate.
●Cebolla.
●Cilantro, Cebollin.
●Sal, Aceite, Pimienta.
🥓 Step 1: We start by washing and cutting our vegetables such as tomato, onion, chives and cilantro into small squares as shown in each of the following images:
🥓 Paso 1: Iniciamos lavando y cortando en pequeños cuadrados nuestros vegetales como lo son el tomate, la cebolla, el cebollin y el cilantro así como se muestra en cada una de las siguientes imagenes:
🥓 Step 2: The next step was to cut the bacon and sausages into small pieces as shown in the following photographs:
🥓 Paso 2: El siguiente paso fue cortar en pequeños trozos la tocineta, y las salchichas así como se muestra en las siguientes fotografías:
🥓 Step 3: As a third step, I proceed to mix the eggs with the help of a whisk and add the salt and pepper to season the flavor.
🥓 Step 4: Last step I proceed to fry the ingredients one by one in a pan with oil starting with the bacon and sausages 🥓 then I proceed to add the vegetables, onion, tomato, chives and cilantro and finally the egg and I proceed to stir until I get everything mixed. I simmer for about 5 minutes and then turn off and let cool just to serve.
🥓 Paso 3: Como tercer paso procedo a mezclar los huevos con ayuda de un batidor y agrego en ella la sal y pimienta para que vaya sazonando su sabor.
🥓 Paso 4: Por último paso procedo a sofreír los ingredientes uno por uno en un sarten con aceite comenzando por la tocineta y las salchichas 🥓 luego procedo agregar los vegetales, la cebolla, tomate cebollin y cilantro y por último el huevo y procedo a revolver hasta obtener la mezcla de todo. Cocino a fuego lento por aproximadamente 5 minutos y luego apago y dejo enfriar justo para servir.

It looks so delicious. But instead of bacon I would like to eat this food with beef.
In fact you can vary it as you wish, I really like bacon that's why I made it this way but it is very versatile, good luck if you want to do it. 👩🏻🍳
