Preparación del merengue:
En el vídeo no muestro como hacer el merengue, pero les explicaré detalladamente como hacerlo.
Hacer un almíbar con la 1/2 taza de agua y 4 cucharadas de azúcar.
Llevar a hervir hasta disolver el azúcar, no debe mezclarse el almíbar.
Batir las claras hasta formar una espuma, añadir las 2 cucharadas de azúcar restantes y batir hasta casi montar.
Incorporar el almíbar en forma de hilo y batir hasta formar picos firmes.
