Saludos y bendiciones a toda la gente bonita de @hivefood, una vez más por aquí para contarle otra de mis aventuras en estos días de Navidad, espero que ustedes también la estén pasando muy bien, porque agradezco a Dios, que está de navidad ha venido cargada de muchas aventuras, alegrías y comidas ricas.
En estos días muchos son los que quieren comer una rica hallaca, pero más son los que quieres prepararlas en sus hogares, con sus propias manos y sentir la alegría de todo este proceso que lleva este rico plato venezolano.
Estas hallacas las estuvimos haciendo entre amigos. Fue un proceso en 2 partes, ya que era para un compartir de los compañeros de trabajo, había que hacer varios pasapalos, nos dividimos las tareas, nuestro amigo Juan fue el encargado de preparar en su casa la parte en donde se pican todos los aliños y las carnes de res y cochino. Le puso sus condimentos y entre ellos un poco de licor, cosa que no sabía que se echaba a las hallacas y créanme que quedan deliciosas.
Luego mi junto con mi familia fuimos los cargados de ir a retirarla a su casa, que queda bastante retirada de la mía y también de dónde la tenía que entregar a que mi amiga Yaniret, allá nos reunimos también con mi amiga Yenny y así entre todos nos pusimos a preparar las hallacas, primero se puso a cocinar el guiso, se le dio el punto de la sazón, disfrutando de esos olores, más buenos, cuando estuvo listo se puso enfriar, mientras tanto estábamos tomando un rico en ponche de crema que hizo Yaniret.
Luego nos pusimos manos a la obra, Yaniret y yo íbamos a armando las hallacas y Yenny las iba amarrando, en plena faena íbamos conversando echando cuento de nuestras vidas, de la oficina, el trabajo y tomándonos esta rica bebida hecha artesanalmente como lo es el Ponche de crema, hay Dios que rico estaba, una de las bebidas que contienen licores, el ponche de crema es mi favorito y tenía años que no tomaba puede hacerlo en estas fechas, por qué no hace mucho cuando tuvimos nuestro compartir navideños también tomamos así de divino, por cierto todavía me falta contarles esa experiencia en mi blog.
Una vez que tuvieron listas, por supuesto que las probamos, ya era tarde de la noche, mis niñas ya habían probado el guiso con pan, porque tenían hambre y nosotros estamos en plena faena y como le dije antes las hallacas quedaron deliciosas, este es un plato que a mí me encanta, agradezco infinitamente a Dios porque en este mes son varias las hallacas que han pasado por mi estómago y varias son las que faltan por comerme, por cierto ayer estuve haciendo otra vez en casa de mi mamá y también quedaron muy buenas.
Estos días la comunidad va a tener muchas hallacas que compartir, cada una con historia, con una sazón, trucos y contada desde su propia experiencia, así que espero que esté próximo 24 y 31, ustedes coman sus platos navideños y disfruten en familia, las bendiciones de tener en la mesa abundancia en alimentos y alegrías de estar en compañía de las personas que queremos.

Making hallacas among friends
Greetings and blessings to all the beautiful people of @hivefood, once again here to tell you another of my adventures in these days of Christmas, I hope you are also having a great time, because I thank God, that this Christmas has come loaded with many adventures, joys and rich foods.
These days many are those who want to eat a delicious hallaca, but more are those who want to prepare them at home, with their own hands and feel the joy of the whole process that takes this rich Venezuelan dish.
We were making these hallacas among friends. It was a two-part process, since it was for a sharing of coworkers, we had to make several pasapalos, we divided the tasks, our friend Juan was in charge of preparing at home the part where all the seasonings and beef and pork are chopped. He put his seasonings and among them a little liquor, which I didn't know was added to the hallacas and believe me they are delicious.
Then my together with my family we were the ones in charge of going to pick it up at her house, which is quite far from mine and also from where I had to deliver it to my friend Yaniret, there we also met with my friend Yenny and so between all of us we started to prepare the hallacas, first she started to cook the stew, she gave it the point of seasoning, enjoying those smells, more good, when it was ready she put it to cool, meanwhile we were drinking a rich cream punch that Yaniret made.
Then we got down to work, Yaniret and I were assembling the hallacas and Yenny was tying them, in the middle of the work we were talking, telling stories of our lives, the office, work and drinking this rich drink made by hand as is the cream punch, there is God how rich it was, one of the drinks that contain liquors, the cream punch is my favorite and had years that I had not taken can do so at this time, why not long ago when we had our Christmas sharing also took this divine, by the way I still have to tell you that experience in my blog.
Once they were ready, of course we tried them, it was late at night, my girls had already tasted the stew with bread, because they were hungry and we are in full swing and as I said before the hallacas were delicious, this is a dish that I love, I am infinitely grateful to God because in this month are several hallacas that have passed through my stomach and several are those that remain to be eaten, by the way yesterday I was doing again at my mom's house and they were also very good.
These days the community will have many hallacas to share, each one with a story, with a seasoning, tricks and told from their own experience, so I hope that this coming 24th and 31st, you eat your Christmas dishes and enjoy as a family, the blessings of having at the table abundance of food and joys of being in the company of the people we love.

Si es cansancio lo que da hacer las hallacas, más cuando no se tiene ayuda. Pero entre todos el peso es menos y disfrutamos el proceso.
