Hola comunidad de @hivefood, en esta ocasión les mostraré una receta de trufas hechas con galletas María y chocolate. Este popular dulce toma el nombre en su gran parecido con las trufas, siendo en forma una réplica de dulce chocolate. En ésta versión hacemos trufas de chocolate y galleta consiguiendo una textura muy especial con un toque crujiente que combina a la perfección con la cremosidad de la leche condensada.
Ingredientes
-250g galleta María
-395g leche condensada
-100g de grageas pequeñas de colores
-1 taza de cacao
-1 taza de leche líquida
-1/2 taza de azúcar
-2 cucharadas de manteca

Ingredients
-250g Maria cookie
-395g condensed milk

Esta receta de trufas de chocolate con galleta María en la que solo necesitas 3 ingredientes imprescindibles, aparte de con los que las quieras rebozar al final. Se trata de unas trufas de galletas María y chocolate muy fácil y rápidas de hacer que podrás acabar presentando de la forma que mas te guste y en tan solo 30 minutos.
Empezamos preparando un chocolate con el que cubriremos las trufas , en un bol agregamos la leche y el cacao para unirlos. Aparte en baño María derretimos la manteca y agregamos el azúcar, después vertemos la mezcla en una olla y colocarlo a la cocina a fuego lento sin dejar de mezclar. Cuando comience a burbujear la mezcla, apagamos y alejamos de la cocina.

Para el armado de las trufas, empezamos triturado las galletas, a éste polvo generado le agregamos leche condensada poco a poco amasamos hasta obtener la consistencia deseada y formar bolitas pequeñas.
Luego para decorarlas las untamos con el chocolate precisamente a temperatura ambiente y en un envase colocaremos las grageas pelas que pasaremos las bolitas untadas de chocolate, para luego colocarlo en capacillos listo degustar.
