Ingredients:
- 1 kg of oyster mushrooms
- 300 g all-purpose wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons of marinade seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of beef stock powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Vegetable oil
- water
Steps:
Clean the mushrooms by soaking them in hot salted water, then rinsing them under running water.
Squeeze the mushrooms to remove excess water.
Prepare the instant marinade seasoning and dissolve it in water.
Add one tablespoon of wheat flour to the mixture and stir well.
Use the remaining flour as a dry ingredient by adding 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, pepper powder, and beef bouillon powder.
Add the marinade mixture into mushrooms and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
Coat the mushrooms in the dry mixture.
Mix until the dry mixture sticks to the mushrooms.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Fry the coated mushrooms in the hot oil over medium heat.
Fry it until golden brown, remove them from the oil and drain.
The crispy mushrooms ready to serve.
