Simple Cooking: Scrambled Eggs With Shrimps

Hi hive food bloggers today I want to share another simple recipe, these scrambled eggs are an easy and quick meal that I often make for breakfast. The shrimps are added for protein, but it's okay if you don't have any. This breakfast menu is perfect because it uses few ingredients and saves time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce of shrimp
  • 3 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • margarine

How to make:

  • Clean the shrimp and rinse thoroughly

  • Heat the pan

  • Add margarine

  • Add the shrimp and cook until they change color

  • Remove and set aside

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl

  • Add salt and pepper

  • Beat the eggs until mixed

  • Heat the pan and add the beaten eggs

  • Cook the eggs over low heat, stirring until done

  • Add the shrimps

  • Stirr it

  • Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion

  • The shrimp scrambled eggs are ready to serve
