Quarantine Fitness
Well yeah, I get it, you're stuck at home and all the gyms are closed. That sucks but you shouldn't let that get you down because you can still put in the work to improve your health.
Abs Exercise
If you have that Beer baby bump under your chest like me or will like to strengthen your core stomach muscles.
The programs
In this video, I did;
- Push ups
- Glute Bridge
- Situps
- leg raises with 15Kg dumbbell
- Russian Twists
The Challenge
- Record a video of yourself doing 20reps of each of these programs
- upload on @threespeak with the tag #quarantinefitness so I can find the videos
- Post a link to your video in the comment section

Shit, I can't do some of that, but imma try what I can ahaha
That'll be dope. You don't need to carry weights for the leg lifts and the push ups doesn't have to be up to 20 😁
