Hola amigos de #Hive, aunque este post se publica en #HiveCuba, esperemos que le llegue a la mayor cantidad de personas posible y puedan apreciar desde otra mirada el evento #HiveCubaCon que tuvo lugar el sábado 19 de noviembre de 2022 en La Habana, Cuba en la Galería Taller Gorría enclavada en la comunidad de San Isidro comprometida con el fomento de una economía cultural y creativa, la participación y el desarrollo local.
Hello #Hive friends, although this post is published in #HiveCuba, hopefully it will reach as many people as possible and they can appreciate from another look the #HiveCubaCon event that took place on Saturday, November 19, 2022 in Havana, Cuba at the Taller Gorría Gallery nestled in the community of San Isidro committed to the promotion of a cultural and creative economy, participation and local development.
Les puedo asegurar a toda la comunidad de Hive, que el evento fue todo un exitazo, como dijera un gran amigo, por lo que no quería dejar para el final mi agradecimiento a todo el comité organizador y en especial a @manuphotos, @noakmilo, @crptogeek, por esa maravillosa tarde que nos regalaron, una tarde cargada de emociones donde se mezclaron dos mundos desconocidos, el aprendizaje y la tecnología.
I can assure the entire Hive community that the event was a great success, as a great friend said, so I did not want to leave to the end my thanks to the entire organizing committee and especially to @manuphotos, @noakmilo, @crptogeek, for that wonderful afternoon they gave us, an afternoon full of emotions where two unknown worlds were mixed, learning and technology.
Todos los colegas que participaron se animaron a narrar y a describir el evento a través de su mirada y otros lo realizaron a través de su lente fotográfico, como @janetedita, una persona muy habilidosa, que se le da muy bien el arte de la fotografía y que me apetece disfrutar.

Al llegar al lugar del evento ya había personas esperando, ahí comenzó mi asombro, esto se va a poner requetebueno, nos dan un tiempito para conocernos personalmente e intercambiar entre jarana y chistes.
Antes de entrar, nos dan una simple explicación de que todos los participantes recibiríamos un POAP (Proof of Attendance Protocol) como muestra de nuestra asistencia al evento, y todos pueden preguntarse; ¿y eso qué es?, pues un POAP no es más que una herramienta que te permite mediante NFT (token no fungibles) otorgar la asistencia a un determinado evento. Aprovecho para agradecer al equipo de @mantraspace y de @theinfiltred por su maravillosa idea.
When we arrived at the venue there were already people waiting for us, that's where my astonishment began, this is going to get really good, they give us a little time to get to know each other personally and exchange jokes and jokes.
Before entering, they give us a simple explanation that all participants would receive a POAP (Proof of Attendance Protocol) as a token of our attendance to the event, and everyone may ask; and what is that, a POAP is nothing more than a tool that allows you through NFT (non fungible tokens) to grant attendance to a particular event. Entrando en el tema del evento, mi criterio personal es que logro el objetivo principal, promover dentro de Cuba la cadena de blockchain de Hive. La dinámica y el engranaje del evento estuvo genial, el propio desarrollo de las conferencias nos iba guiando por el entramado, y a primera vista, complejo ecosistema que tiene la propia cadena. Por cierto, todas las conferencias, de lujo, con un nivel elevadísimo de conocimiento y con una explicación no técnica, algo fundamental, para lograr el segundo objetivo, que personas sin mucho conocimiento de blockchain puedan interesarse en Hive.
Durante las conferencias y en los debates con el auditorio surgieron interesantísimas preguntas e interrogantes como:
¿Cómo evitar que alguien viole los derechos a la intimidad o privacidad, a la honra y a la propia imagen de una o de las personas?
Todos conocemos que en la cadena de bloque la información no se puede borrar y cada usuario es dueño de su información, por tanto, ¿Cómo se podría evitar este fenómeno que hoy en día es algo muy común en las redes centralizadas?, al menos yo no tengo la repuesta a este tipo de interrogante, si alguien la tiene le agradecería que me la dejara en los comentarios.
Para terminar, no quería dejar de decir que esa tarde viví experiencias increíbles, además de las expectativas con las que todos los participantes acudíamos al evento, estaba el deseo de conocer e intercambiar con muchas de las personas que conviven en la comunidad de @hivecuba, y que son muy activas en Telegram como @nanixxx, @newnow497, y @saraleo a todos, un saludo.
Going into the topic of the event, my personal criterion is that it achieved the main objective, promoting the Hive blockchain in Cuba. The dynamics and the gear of the event was great, the very development of the conferences was guiding us through the framework, and at first glance, complex ecosystem that has the chain itself. By the way, all the conferences were excellent, with a very high level of knowledge and with a non-technical explanation, something fundamental to achieve the second objective, that people without much knowledge of blockchain can be interested in Hive***.
During the lectures and in the discussions with the audience, very interesting questions and questions arose such as:
How to prevent someone from violating one's or people's rights to privacy or intimacy, honor and self-image?
We all know that in the blockchain information cannot be deleted and each user is the owner of his or her information, therefore, how can this phenomenon, which is very common today in centralized networks, be avoided? At least I do not have the answer to this type of question, if anyone has it, I would be grateful if you could leave it in the comments.
To finish, I wanted to say that that afternoon I lived incredible experiences, in addition to the expectations with which all participants came to the event, there was the desire to meet and exchange with many of the people who live in the community of @hivecuba, and who are very active in Telegram as @nanixxx, @newnow497, and @saraleo to all, greetings.
