Que tal chicos como están, espero que bien, hoy quiero contarles sobre los espejuelos que logré adquirir y lo difícil que puede ser para los cubanos obtenerlos.
How are you guys, I hope you are well, today I want to tell you about the glasses that I managed to acquire and how difficult it can be for Cubans to obtain them.
Todo comenzó desde que comencé a ver borroso desde lejos, hace años que tengo este problema, pues soy miope, en una ocasión me operaron pero al pasar el tiempo volví atrás.
It all started when I began to see blurry from afar, I've had this problem for years, because I'm nearsighted, on one occasion I had surgery but over time I went back.
A principios de año decidí médirme la vista, me dijeron que tenía en cada ojo -1.00 y que tenía que usar espejuelos permanentemente, me dieron la receta para mandarlos hacer en la empresa de Farmacias y Óptica y lo primero que hice fue buscar en la calle una armadura que me gustará ya que me habían dicho que no había armaduras en dicha empresa.
At the beginning of the year I decided to have my eyesight measured, they told me that I had -1.00 in each eye and that I had to wear glasses permanently, they gave me the prescription to have them done at the Pharmacy and Optics company and the first thing I did was look on the street an armor that I will like since I had been told that there was no armor in that company.
Después de pasar por varios lugares, no encontré espejuelos con las medidas que necesitaba, opte por comprarme cualquier par a 400 pesos para después cambiarle los cristales en la Óptica, pero cuando fui tampoco habían para esa medida, por lo que me puse a buscar en los grupos de Compra y venta en Facebook.
After going through several places, I couldn't find glasses with the measurements I needed, I chose to buy any pair for 400 pesos and then change the lenses at the Opticians, but when I went there weren't any for that size either, so I started looking in Buy and sell groups on Facebook.

En este grupo encontré lo mismo con lo mismo, excepto una sola persona que decía que tenía espejuelos de Miope, cuando le escribí me pedía 9000 pesos😳 así es al estar tan perdidos miren que inflación, le dije que no y seguí buscando, me encontré con dos publicaciones donde publicaron una receta con las medidas que necesitaban y por supuesto eran de Miopia.
In this group I found the same thing with the same thing, except for one person who said he had myopic glasses, when I wrote to him he asked me for 9000 pesos😳 that's how it is when we are so lost look at the inflation, I said no and kept looking, I found myself with two publications where they published a recipe with the measurements they needed and of course they were from Myopia.
Les escribí preguntándoles sino habían encontrado los espejuelos que buscaban desde hacía 4 meses y la respuesta fue "no" fue entonces cuando pensé en el primo de mi esposa que vive en Estados Unidos, en cuanto se lo comenté me dijo que no había problema que me los compraba.
I wrote to them asking them if they hadn't found the glasses they were looking for for 4 months and the answer was "no" that's when I thought about my wife's cousin who lives in the United States, as soon as I told him about it he told me that there was no problem if he I bought them.
Rápidamente comencé a buscar en la tienda de Amazon algunos espejuelos, pero como iba a saber si me quedaban bien, pues comencé hacerle captura de pantalla a los que me gustaban y después con la aplicación Background Eraser le fui quitando el fondo blanco, luego me tire una foto y con Ibis Paint añadí las dos fotos para ver cómo me quedaban.
I quickly started looking for some glasses in the Amazon store, but how was I going to know if they fit me well, I started to take screenshots of the ones I liked and then with the Background Eraser application I was removing the white background, then I jumped a photo and with Ibis Paint I added the two photos to see how they fit me.

Una vez me decidí le mandé el enlace al primo de mi esposa de los espejuelos que me gustaron y el día 29 de enero me llegaron 🥳, por fin podía ver bien, por fin podía ver de lejos, se veía todo tan clarito, toda esa borrosidad que tenia se fue, las letras que no alcanzaba a ver, estaba muy feliz 😀.
Once I made up my mind, I sent my wife's cousin the link to the glasses that I liked and on January 29 they arrived 🥳, I could finally see well, I could finally see from a distance, everything looked so clear, all that The blurriness that I had was gone, the letters that I couldn't see, I was very happy 😀.

Me encantó tu post, y además, ando buscando espejuelos también hace rato. Oye, el enlace de Amazon que compartiste es de los espejuelos con los cristales de la medida que usas? Tenía entendido que allá para comprar espejuelos tiene que ser con receta médica, en este caso del optometrista.
Pues si , me los compré con la medida que necesitaba y no me hizo falta receta médica , espero puedas conseguirlos también , Saludos 👍
