Finding the beauty in Small Things
The journey of finding smaller things smaller than what we can see clearly through the eyes. A big picture has the best visibility and details will take you into a different world. A world with in our own world.
Yesterday evening I was out near the small tree of Curry leaves in our home. It has a lot of insects living and making a living on them. After following for a month I have found a lot of fascinating insects and here is one special childhood linked insect, the small insect with two horns. We called them as Basavana Hulu ( Bulls Insects ) where the horns make them looks like Bulls horn.
After years I was able to spot them in our curry leaves tree.
Here is how they looked in #macro version

I still remember the way we use to catch them in a match box and build a wheel joining two bottle caps connected to each other with an elastic rubber band. As the insect moves inside the caps, the caps use to move forward.
Below is the back shot, which is my favourite of all the photographs I captured yesterday

I used my smartphone samsung Galaxy S9 with prosumer macro lens. Cropped and slight edits on photoshop Express android application.
Some more photographs that will complete my day with joy
The top view right like a drone shot from a height capturing of a houses in middle of farm land :grimacing:

The Side view,
I was a straight view, only coz the insect was moving to a safer place to hide from the approaching camera

They fly when they sence danger and are troubled too much. May be I did so. Two of the three flew away from the photo spot.
Hope you enjoyed the photographs. They are my entry for #amazingnature and #nature too.
Enjoy your weekend and have a great day
