I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....
It was a good start of March where I went on my first 2-Hour walk which I plan to do at least 3 times a week from now on. I loaded my phone with some podcasts/youtube audio getting a lot of info during the walk. I also am more closely watching how much water I drink trying to reach between 3 Liter and 4 Liter each day keeping close track. Yesterday it came at 3.5 Liter and I should start getting a lot of benefits from that aswel. Tuesday will be a family day and I anticipate overeating a bit in the evening so I will do some intermittent fasting just eating 1 big meal on the day while again drinking plenty of water. I also had a solid 9-hour sleep.
