Tuesday was a pretty refular Family day and I also ended up doing a row training of a couple kilometers. I plan to do this more often when I go home from here on out. On October 11th I will go get my new vaccination for covid and the week after I plan to go back to hot yoga for a full month trying to join classes 4 or 5 times each week.

I ate another smoothie in the morning and Soup in the afternoon and the evening so overall it was a pretty healthy day. In the evening I also ate some melon.
