Saturday was a good day starting out with making my previews for the football matches followed by a lunchbreak hot yoga session which turned out to be a really strong one to the point where I really want to join another one on Sunday morning if it's not raining outside. It just about fits to be home in time to make my previews and watch the 4 football matches. I also continue to eat healthy even though I ate quite a lot. I'm also still drinking plenty of water and taking my supplements. I hope soon that my skin will be fully cleared out again which so far is not yet the case.
Today Goals: If possible, I will join a morning yoga session followed by a full day of football watching and hopefully some solid betting along with that.
