Union SG vs Eintracht Frankfurt
Union (65M) is deserved in the lead in the Belgian league with often impressive play but right now overall just an ok form. They miss Sadiki, Rodrigues, and Lazare but none of them are key players so they can field their A-Squad today and with an 8-point lead in the league and an upcoming match against relegation team Kortrijk, I'm quite sure that their focus and effort will be on the game today. They have yet to lose a match in Europe at 'home' with their matches played in the Anderlecht Stadion. Union played 6 matches in recent years against German teams going 2W-2L-2D. Eintracht Frankfurt (231M) is currently 6th in the Bundesliga and doesn't seem to be on the best streak with just 5 on 12 all against bottom teams in their recent 4 matches. With just 31 Goals Cored and 25 conceded they are a low-totals team. Union on the other hand tends to be an over team. I feel the odds are set quite correct as Union as the small favorite even based on form even though the teams have quite a big gap in overall player valuations. I have no rush to get in on this and will just wait and see keeping an eye on a possible 1H over bet as I do expect Union to just go for it while they have a high 1H goal ratio of 58% on average 2 goals at home.

Maccabi Haifa vs AA Gent
AA Gent (81M) is somewhat in a crisis as they saw almost their entire Offensive line transferred (Cuypers, Orban, Fofana) while they also are without key midfielder Kums is injured along with a bunch of backups. This leaves them with few players left and a bench full of youngsters who aren't ready yet. Now playing 3 matches in 7 days, they even thought about giving up the Conference League fielding some youngsters as they are still fighting for a top 6 place with an important match during the weekend. This speculation made the price on Gent for the match today go up a bit. However, the coach came out saying they will just go for it and see where the ship strands. This weekend, they lost 1-2 to Cercle with 11 vs 10 despite creating the chances and a combination of inefficient offense and defense is their problem at the moment. However, purely on paper, they still have an ok team. Maccabi Haifa (26M) is currently in the lead in the Israeli League and seems to be in a good streak with just 2 losses in the last 20 matches across all competitions. Due to the conflict in Israel, this match will be played on neutral ground in Budapest. Each team has factors that speak for and against them but mostly the poor steak AA Gent is on makes me stay away for now. I will watch the match going in with an open mind and see if any opportunities present themselves.
