What did they expect? He had little to no experience and is in the same boat as Solskjaer. There is no way they will last and were temporary solutions. Chelsea and United will be lucky to make top 5 this season with the managers they have. They are seriously lacking the basics and will be found out. I think Gerrard is doing it right staying and learning in Scotland.

Respectfully he should have rejected the Chelsea job, it's bigger than him and he's feeling the weight on his shoulder big time.
Solakjaer too, I think he and Lampard has made a mistake and they needed to learn but sadly they felt they could do it. They'll both be sacked in a year time. Don't see them staying more than that
