Respectfully he should have rejected the Chelsea job, it's bigger than him and he's feeling the weight on his shoulder big time.
Solakjaer too, I think he and Lampard has made a mistake and they needed to learn but sadly they felt they could do it. They'll both be sacked in a year time. Don't see them staying more than that
